The figure will be included within the Quality team, with which he will collaborate by supporting the Local Quality Manager in the activities of continuous improvement, management and control of incoming goods and the production of evaporators.

Specifically, the resource will deal with:

- Continuous improvement for the management of corrective and preventive actions, follow up and effectiveness of the actions;

- Management, monitoring and reporting of incoming controls and evaporators;

- Coordination of the plant instrumental park (control, verification and calibration). Once the instrument has been purchased, surveyed, identified and checked;

- Auditing, analysis, operational checks and problem solving activities.

Requirements required:

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree and / or an ITIS diploma with extensive experience in the quality field.

Knowledge of SAP is a preferential title. The profile is completed by a good knowledge of the English language (relationships and transfers to the subsidiaries in China and India are expected), spirit of initiative, flexibility and dynamism.

Bassano del Grappa (VI)


The resource, inserted within the Quality team, will be responsible for qualifying and monitoring the performance of suppliers and defining an appropriate improvement plan when required. It will also have to manage the criticalities of the purchased components and the exchanged products, monitoring the homologation process of new components.

Specifically, it will deal with:
- Analyze the data on the error of the components from the field and from the production, sharing the data with the design section (drafters and electrical designers, thermo);
- Define the supplier audit plan and quality meetings, including activities related to the supplier quality control plan;
- Support the design section (designers) during the component validation process;
- Monitor supplier performance;
- Delimit LQA (Limit Quality Acceptable) to define the level of quality (therefore the number of errors that we can accept) that we accept. and improvement plan for suppliers not in line with the objective.

Requirements required:
The ideal candidate has a degree in electrical engineering. Previous experience in the technical field is preferable, with a good aptitude for problem solving and teamwork. Preferential requirement constitutes knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO19011 standards.
A good knowledge of the English language completes the profile (relationships and transfers to the subsidiaries in China and India are expected).

Starting from an analysis of the technical specifications deriving from the related offices, the resource will have to develop new software for local or remote user interfaces on physical displays or web servers.

In particular, she/he will have to:

- manage the software in its entire life cycle, therefore in the preliminary analysis, development, testing, documentation, industrialization phases, to make the software usable in series products, maintaining it based on feedback from After Sales and Quality
- take care of the part of AWS (Amazon Web Service) in order to be able to direct external consultants of the Cloud project and in the meantime be able to manage the source software in the Cloud, maintaining it;
- taking pieces from codes from various suppliers, putting them together and writing them specifications to direct and help them, reprogramming the codes accordingly;
- take care of the test phase: test the web applications that run on the centralized cloud server, making sure that the data sent by the simulators of our units are consistent with the project specifications;

Requirements required:
- excellent knowledge of AWS (or at least Cloud languages, eg Azure), Javascript, HTLM, CSS.
 - at least 1 year experience in industrial contexts;

- Good knowledge of the English language.

The resource will aim to support the process of digitizing the formats of technical commercial documentation by adapting the contents to new multimedia tools.

Specifically, the Brand Image & Content Specialist will deal with:
- Collect the technical information of the products from the Product Marketing department, drafting texts and graphic material to support commercial activities;
- Writing of texts for a clear and effective communication of the characteristics and functionalities of our products;
- Preparation of multimedia material such as graphics, photos and videos to support the technical content;
- Support the documentation digitization process, through the use of new multimedia tools
- Update existing technical documents, through the creation of new layouts and digital formats.
The ideal candidate has good knowledge of graphics, video editing and multimedia content management tools, with preference on software such as: graphics and video editing SW (Adobe package, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), content management CMS, DAM, and HTML Editor)

Product Development


To support the activities of the technical office of the Chiller & Heat Pumps Business Unit, we are looking for a Mechanical Designer.

The resource will deal with the design, industrialization and design of the mechanical components of the products. In the specific, the role involves:
- perform the sizing and coding of the sheet metal and carpentry components within the CAD system and the management system
- build the component selection tables and the operating instructions for assembly
- the realization of the dimensional and the bill of materials for the production
- collaborate in the technical development of components and internal mechanical design rules
- collaborate in the design of new products
- collaborate with the production department to resolve any problems on the mechanical part of the products
- collaborate in product improvement changes

The ideal candidate is in possession of a technical diploma with a mechanical address, with a good knowledge of the main technical design tools (CAD 3D, 2d and SolidEdge).
At least two years of experience in the technical design on non-standard products or orders is required.

The profile is completed by flexibility, initiative, precision, ability to work in a team.

Quality, environment, health & safety


The resource will be responsible for ensuring the management of the obligations related to safety at work and the environment, on the basis of current regulations and Group policies, implement the improvement plan related to safety and the environment, in particular:

• Oversee safety / environmental legislative compliance: knowledge of the Laws and verification of their applicability to Veneto production sites.
• Implement and enforce what is required by the laws in force, by the group policies defined by the Head of ESH and / or Board of Directors
• risk assessment pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08;
• Environment: manage the authorizations required by law;
• Update the indicators and procedures / instructions related to safety and the environment, through analysis with the interested bodies.
• Definition, management and updating of the safety / environment improvement plan.
• Support to the B-BS process
• Guarantee the management of internal audits related to Environment and Safety, also carrying out cross-functional meetings for the resolution of Non-Conformities, ensuring the Management review process (data collection, preparation of discussion documents) and developing improvement plans through interviews with the first company levels.
• PPE management: choice of the appropriate PPE based on the risks detected, collaboration with the Production Manager and Human Resources Area to resolve critical issues;
• Management and planning of safety and environmental training for the personnel concerned (forklift drivers, supervisors, managers, etc.), ensuring the processing of the training contents (slides, final test, etc.), the compilation of the attendance register and the filing of data, end-of-course test analysis
• responsible for the management of accidents and near-accidents, through the study of the behaviors that caused them, the analysis of the causes and the definition of corrective actions with the Plant Manager, ensuring the processing of the six-monthly statistics (causes, location of the injury, type of injury, place of occurrence);
• Analysis and negotiation with suppliers for environmental and safety analyzes.
• Manages the inspections of the supervisory authorities for both the environment and safety.
• Transversal support to the entire organization on safety and environmental issues.

This figure, working in a multinational context, will work closely with coworkers on projects related to technological innovation. 

He/She will analyze, develop and integrate the software for the systems management systems, in particular the logic and local and remote supervision part, studying new requests and supporting other offices connected to the development. Coordinate and organize the working group according to the agreed planning.

Short trips around Italy (Veneto and Lombardy) and occasionally abroad will be requested in order to carry out these activities in the best possible way and to ensure customer satisfaction.



The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Computer Engineering with at least 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles in companies with mass production of industrial machinery.

Good knowledge of the Java programming language is essential. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and the Niagara Framework will be positively evaluated.

An aptitude for problem solving activities, strong team working skills and an interest in information technology and new technologies will complete the profile.

Good knowledge of English is required (Level B2-C1).
