Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems S.p.A.’s selection process is made up of five steps.

First interview: It is the first step where both the company and the candidate can learn about each other. During this interview the candidate meets a representative of our HR Team.
Second interview: from the previous step the most suitable candidates are selected and presented to the Manager of the department they applied for. During this section the applicant will be asked to explain technical competencies to verify whether or not they meet the needed requirements.
Third interview: during the third meeting the selected candidates will be asked to fill out the DISC questionnaire. DISC assessment is a behaviour assessment tool, which classifies four aspects of behavior by testing a person's preferences using word associations.
