We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Manager for our Chillers & Heat Pumps Unit at our Bassano Del Grappa (VI) Plant.
Reporting to the Operations Director of the Business Unit for hydronic products, the Manufacturing Manager will coordinate the activities related to Production, Continuous Improvement and Product Quality. He/she will be responsible for defining and respecting process standards (working alongside the Quality team), and the correct use of tools such as 5S, Skill Matrix etc. The Manufacturing Manager will be required to manage a wide customer base, working with the Credit Manager, the sales force, and in compliance with company policy. He/she will also be responsible for production indicators such as efficiency, lead time and punctuality, as well as the planning and resolution of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) - managed improvement activities.
The ideal candidate should have a technical or management-related background, preferably with a degree in Engineering. Previous managerial experience with manufacturing companies applying Lean Philosophies is required. Consolidated management experience essential.
